We also process limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the website. We do not collect PAN, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information through this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal data to respond to and manage your funding enquiry, to contact you about your requirement, to email you the materials you request (such as our Private Finance Dossier), to operate, secure, and improve the website, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Consent and Legal Basis

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you provide when you submit the enquiry form, and for our legitimate interest in responding to and managing your enquiry. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details below; this will not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

4. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act, 2023

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request erasure of your data, to withdraw consent, to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and to a grievance redressal mechanism. 5. Data Retention

We retain your enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Where retention is not required by law, we delete or anonymise your personal data when it is no longer needed.

6. Cookies

The public website uses only cookies that are essential for it to function and to keep it secure. Our restricted administrative area uses a session cookie for authentication. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles about you.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on trusted service providers to operate the website and respond to your enquiry, including cloud hosting (Vercel), database and authentication services (Supabase, with data hosted in Mumbai, India), and email delivery (Resend). These providers process personal data on our behalf under appropriate contractual terms and are required to protect it.

8. Sharing With the Comparaloan Platform

Allumer Fintech operates two platforms under the same company: Comparaloan (our loan and private financing marketplace) and Finamize. When you submit an enquiry seeking debt, equity, or hybrid financing, we process the details you provide — your name, email, phone number, company name, funding requirement, business sector, and nature of business — through the Comparaloan platform to register your financing request and to enable you to activate a Comparaloan account through which you can track and continue it. Because both platforms are operated by Allumer Fintech Private Limited, this is an internal routing of your data between our own platforms, not a disclosure to an unrelated third party. If you have not selected a financing type, or you only request our materials, your enquiry is not routed to Comparaloan.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, row-level security policies, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

10. Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for businesses and for individuals aged 18 years or above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
