Introduction & alignment
Introductory scoping of your funding requirement, execution of the Non-Circumvention & Non-Disclosure Agreement, and submission of a comprehensive Funding Proposal and Fund Utilisation Plan.
Investor engagement
An initial video conference between both senior teams, a facilitated in-person investor meeting, and formal investor feedback with indicative terms.
Diligence & structuring
NDA execution, document checklist, Letter of Intent, Feasibility Analysis, MoU signing, and detailed quantification, structuring and internal due diligence.
Documentation & disbursement
